A masala of cultures:)

Hi, welcome to this digital space. A biomedical engineer by profession, recurring themes that matter to me revolve around healthier living, personalised care, movements, music and other creative stuff that I experience as time goes by.
I like the intersection of health and technology and feel strongly that technology if used well and with the right mindset, can have a positive impact on quality of life and longevity.

I am constantly in the hunt for trying out different types of movements that allows me to move my body and mind in various forms and environments.
Music is another area where I am constantly drawn towards. As a hobbyist musician I try to improve my ways of experiencing music.

Originally from India, I moved to the Netherlands from 2015 onwards, phew! Made now of a masala of cultures:)

Somewhere in the summer of 2025 during a beautiful day in Vlissingen, Netherlands. Was feeling it after one of my longest rides (122km). Had an allergic right eye which held up somehow, phew!
